Seventh Periodic Report of Ukraine on Implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment

2 березня 2022 року Прокурор МКС Карім Хан оголосив про відкриття офіційного розслідування ситуації в Україні, яка охоплює будь-які минулі та теперішні звинувачення у військових злочинах, злочинах проти людяності чи геноциді, скоєних на будь-якій частині території України будь-якою особою з 21 листопада 2013 року.

On March 2, 2022, ICC Prosecutor Karim A. A. Khan announced the opening of an investigation into the Situation in Ukraine from November 21, 2013, onwards, thereby encompassing within its scope any past and present allegations of war crimes, crimes against humanity or genocide within the meaning of the Rome Statute committed on any part of the territory of Ukraine by any person.
