The report contains results of a study on the vulnerability of LGBT people while contacting law enforcement agencies. Not only the forms of discrimination against LGBT people were studied, but also reasons for the high latency of this phenomenon, as well as the extent to which stereotypes and homophobic ideas are ingrained in the practice of law enforcement agencies (police and penitentiary service).
The report will be useful for law enforcement officials, the Ministry of Justice, other government agencies, the media and NGOs working in the field.
