Submission to the International Criminal Court “SEVERE DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY IN THE TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE TEMPORARILY OCCUPIED BY RUSSIA”

Lawyers of the Kharkiv Human Rights Group have prepared submissions to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. Human rights activists believe that Russia's actions constitute crimes against humanity.

The submission describes in detail 42 cases of severe deprivation of liberty, provides information about the places where the victims were held (a total of 35 places), classifies the categories of victims of these crimes, describes the types of torture that accompanied the severe deprivation of liberty, and collects information about the alleged perpetrators of these crimes.

Подання до Міжнародного кримінального суду «ЖОРСТКІ ПОЗБАВЛЕННЯ СВОБОДИ НА ТИМЧАСОВО ОКУПОВАНИХ РОСІЄЮ ТЕРИТОРІЯХ УКРАЇНИ»

Юристами Харківської правозахисної групи було підготовлено подання до Офісу Прокурора Міжнародного кримінального суду. Правозахисники вважають, що дії Росії є злочином проти людяності, що охоплюється статтею 7(1)(е) Римського Статуту.
